About Ouroboros Therapeutic Arts
Ouroboros Therapeutic Arts, formerly Ouroboros Massage, was born in 2019 out of Kristina's passion for helping others heal and live pain-free lives, and the idea that overall health must be achieved through looking at the whole person. What started as a desire to help others heal through massage therapy has since expanded to encompass other modalities of holistic healing, as health is about so much more than just how we feel physically. True health is about how we feel on all planes of existence: physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual. A person’s past, present, and future; their dreams and aspirations; how they are doing in each realm of their life; all of these and more contribute to their overall well-being. Only by viewing each client as an individual through this holistic lens can true balance and health be achieved.

Kristina N. Murray, Agent of Healing

Kristina's dream is the mission statement of her practice: to change the world one person at a time through holistic healing and health.
A Wiccan Priestess and Krav Maga black belt, Kristina was born and raised just outside of Buffalo, NY, and graduated from Clarence High School in 2006. It was during her high school years that she developed an interest in massage therapy but instead decided to explore more conventional channels upon high school graduation. She attended the University of Buffalo for three years of undergrad before taking a year off to reflect on where she wanted to go in life, and in the fall of 2010 she transferred to Buffalo State College, where she studied for and attained a B.S. in Fashion and Textile Technology with a concentration in Apparel Design, graduating magna cum laude in the spring of 2013.
An energy worker for the past 15+ years, Kristina is practiced in various healing methods including receiving her second level attunement in Usui Reiki. She has experience with energy healing techniques using both hands-on and hands-off methods, as well as in-person and distance healing. The love of massage never left her, however, and in 2015 she decided to finally pursue massage as a career at the New York Institute of Massage. It was there that she learned many different massage techniques and modalities to aid her in her path as an Agent of Healing. She graduated in July of 2017 and attained her license shortly thereafter. Her private practice, Ouroboros Therapeutic Arts, naturally grew out of her passion for helping others, and in June of 2019 she took the big plunge, leaving her part-time job at a chiropractor's office where she performed medical massage on her patients and became her own boss full-time. It is her hope that she can help as many people as possible on their own journeys to true health using a combination of massage therapy, energy healing, the John F. Barnes' Myofascial Release Approach®, holistic wellness coaching, and empowerment through education.
When she isn't working, Kristina enjoys many exciting - and sometimes dangerous - hobbies including training for her second degree black belt in Krav Maga, fire spinning, acrobatic arts, and hiking. She has three beautiful and friendly furry children: Monty, Nox and Shay.
